I hereby agree to enrol as a student at Realtalk on the following terms and conditions:

1.RealTalk, its directors and staff are not liable in any cases of loss, injury, accident or expense resulting from participation in any of its courses, airport transfers, activities, excursions and all accommodation arrangements.

2. RealTalk, its directors and staff are not liable for any actions of the students and their consequences; including financial obligations or liabilities that they may personally incur or any damage or injury to the person or property of others that they may cause while enrolled in RealTalk courses.

3. RealTalk, its directors and staff are not responsible for injury or loss suffered by a student during periods of independent travel or absence from the enrolled courses.

4. If a student becomes ill, injured, or incapacitated, RealTalk, its directors, staff and Homestay/ farmstay family members may take any such action as they consider necessary, including securing medical treatment and transporting the student back to their country at their own expense. I release them from all liability related to such actions.

5. RealTalk reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct reflects unfavourably upon the school during their attendance or fails to adhere to RealTalk rules, standards and instructions. RealTalk also reserves the right to expel students for serious breaches of discipline. In such cases no refund will be made.

6. Students must agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian law.

7. There are no refunds for public holidays or absences occurring during your course.

8. Cancellation before arrival:

More than 28 days before the program begins: Cancellation fee of $200. 28 days or less, but more than 14 days before the program begins: Cancellation fee of $200 and 25% of your tuition fees. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than 14 days before the program starts.

9. Cancellation after arrival:

In no case of cancellation after the course begins will money be refunded. No refund can be given for partial attendance or the discontinuance or interruption of a course/program.

10. RealTalk reserves the right to change the fees, conditions, course times, timetables, class locations, class size and course commencement dates at any time without notice. Where the School terminates or does not offer a course and is unable to offer a suitable alternative course, you will be refunded the full amount of unused fees that you have paid.
